The Benchmark Plus microplate reader provides all the flexibility required for absorbance assay. The Benchmark Plus has the capability to perform standard colormetric ELISA and kinetic readings for general cell screening with 6, 12, 24, 96, and 384-well microplate formats. The Benchmark Plus uses a "filter-less" design, with a wavelength range of 340-800 nm. Benchmark Plus is also provided with an optional incubation feature with temperature range up to 45 degrees Celsius. The optical design provides verifiable results up to 4.0 O.D. The "filter-less" monochromator design allows the user to set the reading at any wavelength in the 340-800 nm region, as well as do a spectral scan across any wavelength range (within 340 - 800 nm) to find the absorbance curve.

This microplate reader is used and reconditioned. Our technicians will power this up and cycle through the menus to ensure that it is in general functional condition, but are unable to test it further.

Please bear in mind that the equipment shown is currently in storage in our warehouse and that in addition to testing each machine we will clean all the equipment thoroughly prior to shipment. We often have multiple units of each model in stock and sometimes we're unable to feature photos of every single unit. At your request, we can provide photos of the equipment in your order after it has been tested and cleaned.
