The Buchi R-210 Rotary Evaporator System provides a comprehensive solution for efficient solvent evaporation, including the R-210 tower, B-491 heating bath, and Vacuubrand PC2001 VARIO vacuum pump. It features a clear display for vapor temperature and rotation speed, ensuring precise monitoring and increased reproducibility. The continuous vapor duct design prevents cross-contamination, while the adjustable rotation speeds, ranging from 20 to 280 rpm, offer flexibility for various applications.

Given the routine nature of solvent evaporation in laboratories, selecting a rotary evaporator that delivers reliable results and comfortable operation is essential. The Buchi R-210 ensures accuracy, consistency, and longevity while providing an ergonomic electric lift for smooth and effortless operation.
The Buchi B-491 heating bath enhances versatility by functioning as either a water bath with temperatures up to 100°C or an oil bath reaching 180°C. Simple knob controls allow easy temperature adjustments and seamless switching between water and oil functions. Additionally, the B-491 accommodates flasks up to 4 liters, making it suitable for a wide range of laboratory applications.
The Vacuubrand PC2001 VARIO chemistry pumping unit optimizes vacuum conditions automatically by precisely and continuously adjusting the diaphragm pump´s motor speed. Motor speed control means that the pump operates only when vacuum is needed, saving energy and reducing maintenance.
The integrated vacuum controller enables fully automatic evaporation at a push of a button. Low space requirements, light weight and low operational noise contribute further to this unit’s flexibility and popularity for laboratory use.
The Buchi R-210 is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test all equipment to confirm that they operate properly and to the manufacturer’s specifications.
While we can’t test for a specific analytical application, we will do our best to simulate the conditions under which the equipment will be run. Additionally, if you have specific testing requirements or requests, please inform us. We will gladly work with you to ensure these requirements are addressed during testing.
The photos above are representative. Please bear in mind that the equipment shown is currently in storage in our warehouse and that in addition to testing each machine we will clean all the equipment thoroughly prior to shipment.
We often have multiple units of each model in stock and sometimes we're unable to feature photos of every single unit. At your request, we can provide photos of the equipment in your order after it has been tested and cleaned.
