Corning PC-611 stirrers have an 11” x 11” plastic (ABS) top and can stir large volumes of liquid with ease. These stirrers are designed for 5-gallon vessels (19L) but can stir up to 10 gallons (38L) and can handle many applications that previously required an overhead stirrer. This powerful stirring is achieved with a very compact design that conserves bench space. The stirrer uses a special rare earth magnet for exceptional coupling strength. Magnet strength also centers the stir bar quickly inside the vessel. They operate on 120V/60Hz and are UL and CUL approved to meet needs in North America and other locations with similar requirements.

Our technicians test all equipment to confirm that it operates properly and to the manufacturer’s specifications. While we can’t test for a specific analytical application, we will do our best to simulate the conditions under which the equipment will be run. If you have particular testing requirements or requests, please let us know and we’ll work with you to make sure these requirements are addressed during testing.
