Specifications

  • 93°C washing temperature
  • 9 factory-set programs
  • 90-day warranty

Features

Equipped with a lower spindle rack, the FlaskScrubber accommodates 36 spindles and 18 glassware holders, making it ideal for volumetric and Erlenmeyer flasks. The washer reaches a maximum wash temperature of 93°C (199°F), with water and detergent pumped through the spindles to clean even the innermost areas. Specialized inserts provide additional support for pipettes, graduated cylinders, small vials, culture tubes, and small utensils, enhancing versatility.

Forced air drying through the spindles and chamber ensures thorough drying inside and out. The washer can be configured with either single- or three-phase heating, allowing customization based on laboratory needs. The durable 304 stainless steel construction extends across the lower spindle rack, wash arms, top, door, tank, and exterior, ensuring long-lasting performance and corrosion resistance.

The Labconco 41200100 includes a one-piece, tool-free, stainless steel fine mesh particle drain filter and a steam generator for removing stubborn contaminants. A powerful pump operates at up to 112 gallons per minute, while a synchronous drain pump efficiently removes wastewater. A purified water pump allows up to eight pure water rinses, ensuring residue-free cleaning.

Additional features include programmable forced air drying for up to 240 minutes at temperatures between 25°C and 80°C (77°F–176°F). An electronic door latch with SpeedVent Technology accelerates drying, while a detergent dispenser accommodates both powder and liquid detergents. A level-sensing 6 ml rinse aid dispenser optimizes the final rinse, and quiet operation at or below 62 decibels ensures a more comfortable laboratory environment.
