The Cole Parmer Masterflex 77420-10 is a digital brushless process drive with a 316 stainless steel housing with an anodized aluminum base. Applications include pharmaceutical, dairy, biotech, and food and beverage uses. The minimum flow rate is 0.0006 LPM (0.0002 GPM); maximum flow rate is 19 LPM (5.0 GPM) with the I/P High-Performance pump head or 26 LPM (6.9 GPM) with two stacked I/P EasyLoad or Standard pump heads. The graphical LCD shows four operating modes continuous run, timed dispense, copy dispense, volume dispense. The menu-driven interface lets you select one of seven languages for programming and operation while an anti-drip function ensures accuracy and no leaking fluid. The motor is reversible so that you can purge tubing before or after pumping. The brushless, maintenance-free motor offers ±0.1% speed control accuracy with a 6000 to 1 turndown ratio.

While we can’t test for a specific analytical application, we will do our best to simulate the conditions under which the equipment will be run. If you have particular testing requirements or requests please let us know and we’ll work with you to make sure these requirements are addressed during testing.
