This Millipore Milli-Q Integral 5 Water Purification System provides pure and ultra-pure water directly from tap water. The Integral 5 can provide up to 100 L per day of type I lab water and up to 150 L per day of type II lab water.
The Milli-Q Integral system includes a comprehensive and optimized sequence of water purification and monitoring technologies in a single unit, allowing both pure and ultra-pure water to be produced from tap. It provides pressurized, bacteria-free water through E-POD units and Milli-Q ultra-pure water through Q-POD units.
Water delivers from the system's exclusive production unit to as many as 3 independent PODs that can be conveniently located at different places in the lab. Each POD incorporates a color backlit screen enabling the user to check the operation of the entire system and water quality at a glance.
The E-POD remote dispenser (catalog number ZRXSPOD01) delivers pure water with convenient and flexible dispensing options, including variable flow rates (up to 2 L/min) and volumetric dispensing. User can equip the E-POD dispenser with different Application POD-Paks (sold through Millipore) to remove specific contaminants.
Up to 3 E-POD dispensers can be connected to Elix Advantage water purification system. The dispenser is designed to save space, provide convenience for users, and accommodates the shape and height of the most commonly used laboratory glassware.
The 30 L polyethylene (PE) storage tank stores pure (Type 2 and Type 3) water delivered by Elix Essential/Essential UV/Advantage/Reference, Milli-Q Direct, Direct-Q, Direct-Q UV, RiOs, RiOs Essential, AFS D, and AFS Essential water purification systems.
The tank features a vent filter that effectively protects from airborne contaminants. It has a smooth inner surface prevents biofilm formation and an aseptic overflow function avoids retro-contamination from the drain. It also has a large top opening that allows manual cleaning during sanitization.
>Our technicians visually inspect and test all components of water purification systems to confirm proper functionality. Since many systems can accommodate different types of filters, we don’t include them in the sale, and you will have to consult with and purchase them through the manufacturer.
The photos above are representative. The equipment shown is currently in storage in our warehouse and that in addition to testing each machine we will clean all the equipment thoroughly prior to shipment.
We often have multiple units of each model in stock. Sometimes we're unable to feature photos of every single unit. At your request, we can provide photos of the equipment in your order after it has been tested and cleaned.

Yes, all equipment from American Instrument Exchange comes with a warranty.
Used/reconditioned/refurbished equipment is tested to make sure it operates to the manufacturer's specifications and comes with a 90-day warranty (unless otherwise noted). New equipment comes with a warranty from the manufacturer.
Testing requirements vary across all the equipment categories we sell. Temperature controlled units are tested with NIST traceable probes and data loggers. Gaskets, external housing, glass, handles, controls and control screens are all thoroughly inspected for integrity and functionality.
We test all equipment using the manufacturer's parameters and specifications to confirm that the unit operates properly.
We can ship products both nationally and internationally using a well-established network of transporters. Smaller items will ship via UPS. Larger equipment will be palletized and shipped either LTL or air-ride, depending on the specific equipment and/or delivery requirements.
American Instrument Exchange will accept the return of any product that is not working as represented and could not be replaced or repaired to the customer's satisfaction during the warranty period. Customers who cancel orders after refurbishing has begun will be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee of between 20% and 40%.

Customers are welcome to make an appointment to view equipment in our warehouse. Given our workload we may not be able to test or clean the equipment prior to your arrival if you have not committed to an order.
