The Napco 5831 is engineered to provide excellent vacuum and temperature performance for laboratory and production use. This oven has a chamber that is resistant to corrosive atmospheres, a low leak rate, and exterior paint that provides an epoxy-polyester hybrid powder coating, contributing longer working life and more durability for your lab. Recommended applications include use with corrosive vapors, aromatic hydrocarbons, production of semi-conductors, storage of vacuum tubes or electronic parts where contamination cannot be tolerated.

Most of the equipment we sell is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test ovens using a calibrated digital chart recorder to verify the accuracy of temperature controls and readouts and run the unit under vacuum to ensure chamber integrity. We typically leave an oven under vacuum for 24 hours to make sure the pressure holds. We replace any hardware or parts as is necessary and clean all ovens thoroughly prior to shipment.
