The Olympus CKX41SF Eco-Products Inverted Microscope offers simplicity and efficiency, making it ideal for streamlined imaging in laboratory settings. Its intuitive operation requires minimal optical adjustments while delivering superb image quality.
The compact design fits easily inside clean benches or near incubators, improving safety and minimizing specimen transport time. The CKX41 includes a tilting observation tube for comfortable standing use and a trinocular tube for camera compatibility.
The UIS2 infinity-corrected optical system ensures exceptional resolution and contrast by preserving image intensity. This advanced design extends the field of view to FN 22, enabling compatibility with multiple upright observation tubes. By simplifying the light path, the UIS2 optics also improve flatness by 10 to 15%, providing clear, high-contrast images that extend to the field's edge for uniform observation.
PHC-type objectives reduce the impact of surface tension from culture fluids, ensuring clarity at the image periphery and enhancing multi-well observation. This feature, combined with improved optical flatness, delivers consistent, clear, and uniform cellular-level imaging. The system also maintains directional contrast across all magnifications and simplifies operation with a common aperture for 20x and 40x magnifications.
UIS2 filters and objectives enable effortless three-channel fluorescence imaging (blue, green, UV) with secure UV transmission from an enhanced illuminator. The pre-centered phase contrast slider removes the need for centering or exchanging ring slits, streamlining magnification changes for routine imaging.
The binocular tube, with a 30-60 degree tilting range, ensures ergonomic comfort and easy transitions between incubator and microscope. Its tilting design enhances usability and supports seamless work at clean benches, making the CKX41 a versatile and user-friendly choice for modern laboratory workflows.
