The PCRmax Eco 48 Real-Time qPCR System is the world's most accurate block based qPCR platform. It is application driven, MIQE compliant, offers HRM functionality, has simple foud color multiplexing, and has high uniformity.
The PCRmax real-time qPCR system delivers accurate and reliable quantification through advanced calibration for SYBR, FAM, HEX, VIC, ROX, and CY5 dyes. It uses patented ALC technology to eliminate cross talk, prevent detector saturation, and achieve a dynamic range from one copy to over nine logs. Moreover, the system performs a full four-color plate read in just six seconds.
This system ensures accuracy by maintaining uniform temperature without variation. It offers ±0.1°C uniformity at 95°C and zero settle time. A hollow liquid-filled block eliminates hot or cold spots, while optimized protocols allow forty cycles in forty minutes or as fast as fifteen minutes. The high-resolution melt analysis delivers class IV detection with over 99% confidence.
Designed for ease of use, the PCRmax Eco 48 features an icon-driven interface and advanced algorithms to ensure data quality. It supports real-time data collection, MIQE compliance, and custom report exports in CSV or PDF formats. Additionally, its ergonomic, backlit plate dock enables quick and accurate loading, and the adapter fits standard centrifuge rotors.
