The CERTOMAT CT Plus is the first CO₂ incubation shaker specifically designed for cultivation of mammalian cells. CO₂ concentration, temperature and humidity are kept constant due to advanced insulation and sealing. The isolation of the incubation chamber from the mechanical drive and control units prevents corrosion otherwise caused by the formation of carbonic acid.

These CERTOMAT incubation shakers are fully programmable for all parameters. Up to 5 programs with 4 steps each and a pre-step can be stored and protected with a password. Safety features include the memory function that stores the last set points and re-installs them after power failure, and a stainless-steel spill tray. Continuous recording of all parameters is possible by analogue output.

Features of the Sartorius CERTOMAT CT Plus are: Fully encapsulated incubation chambers; optimal control of temperature, CO₂ level and humidity; separate heating systems prevent condensation; programmable for time, speed and temperature CO₂ concentration, temperature and humidity are kept constant due to advanced insulation and sealing; and the bottom unit can be run fully independently without speed reduction of the upper unit.

Most of the equipment we sell is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test all equipment to confirm that it operates properly and to the manufacturer’s specifications. While we can’t test for a specific analytical application, we will do our best to simulate the conditions under which the equipment will be run. If you have particular testing requirements or requests please let us know and we’ll work with you to make sure these requirements are addressed during testing.

We often have multiple units of each model in stock and sometimes we're unable to feature photos of every single unit.
