Reliable refrigerated storage is essential for protecting valuable laboratory samples, reagents, pharmaceuticals, and research materials. The True T-49G Laboratory Refrigerator combines the durability of True Manufacturing's commercial refrigeration platform with the dependable temperature performance required for laboratory environments. Offering 49 cubic feet of refrigerated storage, dual insulated glass doors, and an operating temperature range of 0.5°C to 3.3°C (33°F to 38°F), the T-49G is an excellent choice for biotechnology companies, pharmaceutical manufacturers, hospitals, universities, research laboratories, and industrial facilities requiring dependable refrigerated storage.
For decades, True Manufacturing has been recognized for building some of the industry's most durable upright refrigeration systems. The T-49G features a high-capacity factory-balanced refrigeration system, positive forced-air circulation, energy-efficient Low-E insulated glass doors, and bright LED interior lighting. Its stainless steel front, corrosion-resistant aluminum interior, and heavy-duty construction make it well suited for laboratories that require dependable performance under continuous daily use.
Many laboratories pair the T-49G with ultra-low freezers for long-term biological preservation, laboratory freezers for frozen reagent storage, biosafety cabinets for sterile sample preparation, and centrifuges to create a complete laboratory cold storage workflow.

Specifications compiled from True Manufacturing literature and American Instrument Exchange product information.
Every True T-49G received by American Instrument Exchange undergoes a comprehensive inspection before shipment. Our technicians verify temperature accuracy using calibrated digital temperature probes, inspect the refrigeration system, controller, shelving, lighting, door gaskets, and cabinet integrity, and confirm stable operating temperatures throughout the cabinet. Worn components are replaced as necessary, and each refrigerator is thoroughly cleaned before shipment.
Laboratories building complete cold storage systems frequently purchase ultra-low freezers, laboratory freezers, biosafety cabinets, centrifuges, and additional laboratory refrigerators from American Instrument Exchange.
The True T-49G ships by freight from American Instrument Exchange. Before installation, verify doorway clearances, available electrical service, and adequate ventilation around the cabinet. Allow the refrigerator to stabilize at operating temperature before loading valuable laboratory materials to ensure optimum temperature stability.
