The VWR Large-Capacity magnetic stirrer is ideal for high volume applications up to 200L. Microprocessor, variable speed control provides consistent, uniform mixing action. Ramping feature slowly increases speed to setpoint for added safety and improved magnetic coupling. Independent LED display features speed and time. Timer will display elapsed time or when programmed to user-defined limit, will count down to zero and shut off unit. On-board memory will recall last speed and time settings, even when unit has been turned off. Audible alarm will sound when time reaches zero. Stirrer top plate is constructed of durable stainless steel and includes a removable nonskid mat.

This large magnetic stirrer is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test all equipment to confirm that it operates properly and to the manufacturer’s specifications. While we can’t test for a specific analytical application, we will do our best to simulate the conditions under which the equipment will be run. If you have particular testing requirements or requests please let us know and we’ll work with you to make sure these requirements are addressed during testing.
