To maintain optimal conditions, the incubator features a horizontal laminar airflow system. A positive pressure feed plenum on one side and a negative pressure plenum on the other distribute air evenly throughout the chamber. This advanced airflow system enhances temperature uniformity, stability, and quick recovery after the door is opened, preventing fluctuations that could affect sensitive samples.
The Thermo Forma 3911 incorporates Watlow EZ-Zone control panels for seamless operation of temperature and humidity settings. These intuitive controls ensure precise adjustments, providing researchers with a dependable and user-friendly solution for maintaining critical environmental conditions. With its advanced features and regulatory compliance, this incubator offers reliable performance for demanding laboratory applications.
The Thermo 3911 is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test ovens using a digital data logger to verify the accuracy of temperature controls and readouts. If it’s a CO2 incubator, we use a Fyrite indicator to measure CO2 levels in the chamber and confirm the accuracy of the onboard display. We replace any hardware or parts as is necessary and clean all incubators thoroughly prior to shipment.
Additionally, if you have specific testing requirements or requests, please inform us. We will gladly work with you to ensure these requirements are addressed during testing.
