The Thermo Scientific model 1323 biological safety cabinet features advanced propriety airflow in a highly efficient design. This 3-foot cabinet is extremely comfortable to use with its sloping design, bright workspace and low noise level. Airflow adjustments are made in real time resulting in steady inflow and downflow velocities which includes adjustments resulting from changes in filter resistance. Brushless DC motor technology improves efficiency and reliability and use up to 68% less energy than cabinets with traditional AC motors.

In addition to energy savings, the reduced airflow has the added benefit of extending the filter life with more balanced loading. The impact of these two innovative design features means increased energy efficiency with an annual reduction of up to 2,405 kW-hr of energy (1.7 tons CO2 equivalents) per unit. Therefore, using energy-efficient equipment helps save our customers money.

Our technicians test each bio safety cabinet to ensure that the controls and blower motor work properly. Unless otherwise specified all bio safety cabinets come with new HEPA filters installed by our technicians at our facility prior to shipment. Our testing procedure includes all the elements of a bio safety cabinet certification in order to ensure that the unit will pass certification once it is at your site.

We often have multiple units of each model in stock and sometimes we're unable to feature photos of every single unit.
